Common questions
What happens if we do the Quiet Survey and decide not to continue?
Nothing. The Quiet Survey is a standalone engagement. The written letter we provide contains no embedded proposal. You're free to take the observations and act on them however you see fit — including with someone else or not at all.
How is the Ground Plan workflow chosen?
We agree on it together in writing before work starts. The choice tends to come from what we heard during a survey, or from a workflow you've already identified as slow or effortful. We'll tell you if we think a particular idea isn't a strong fit.
How long does a Stewarded Field engagement typically run?
Most run between three and six months, though the pace is set by your operations rather than by a fixed schedule. We don't push to fill every week, and we treat quiet periods as part of the design rather than delays.
Do you work with companies outside Singapore?
Our focus is Singapore-based businesses. The Quiet Survey and the early stages of a Ground Plan work best when we can sit with your team in person, and our knowledge of the local operating context is part of what we offer.
What kinds of AI tools do you work with?
We work primarily with large language model tools and document-handling assistants. We're vendor-neutral and will recommend what's appropriate to the workflow rather than what's familiar to us. We also help you assess vendor terms and data handling before committing.
How is pricing structured for larger engagements?
The listed prices are our standard starting points. For the Stewarded Field, final scope and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins. There are no retainer surprises or scope expansions without your explicit sign-off.
